What is your return policy?
Return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the criteria outlined in the refund policy here.
Due to high volatility, preordered items, singles, factory-sealed products, and booster packs cannot be returned.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are possible before an order is fulfilled, while fulfilled orders require an authorized return with shipping costs covered by the customer.
What do the condition grades mean?
We use our own grading guide to evaluate the quality of cards, considering the card as a whole, rather than focusing on specific aspects. Our grading system ranges from Near Mint (NM) to Played (PL), and we assess each card individually to ensure a fair and accurate evaluation. Our grading system is the core of our evaluation process and is used as the basis for every assessment.
Neat Mint (NM) - Highest Grade
- Cards showing little to no signs of wear, and only under close inspection. That includes minor surface scratches, slight edge, or corner wear, off centered, minimal printing errors, minor foil curling or clouding. This is our highest grade
Lightly Played (LP) - 2nd Highest Grade
- Cards with minor wear. Examples include whitening around the edges and border, light surface scratches or idents. Foil cards may have normal curling and/or clouding.
Played (PL) - Lowest Grade
- Cards of this grade have noticeable signs of wear from being played and/or handled. All cards in this quality will meet tournament playable restrictions.

- All cards sold are guaranteed to be authentic.
- The CardDig card grading standards outlined above by no means guarantee a particular grade by grading companies such as PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other.
- CardDig does not buy or sell cards that have been modified, clipped, re-backed, or have significant defects
- CardDig does buy and sell autographed cards but on a case by case basis
When will my cards ship?
Handling time is typically 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) but we strive to get them out as soon as possible
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Yes, we inspect all of our purchases closely and guarantee ours cards and merchandise are authentic, or your money back.
