Refund policy
Return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the criteria outlined in this policy. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number, full name, and reason for the return.
Once your return is authorized, please ensure your return is securely packaged, include the Order ID and associated email address, and ship it back to us. Authorized returns must be postmarked within seven days of the authorization. You are responsible for all shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, and any discrepancies will be addressed before proceeding with the authorized return.

Due to high volatility, preordered items, singles, factory-sealed products, and booster packs cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are possible before an order is fulfilled, while fulfilled orders require an authorized return with shipping costs covered by the customer.
